Largely based on the Les Paul shape with a few differences, such as a slightly shorter lower horn some sleek body carves and a headstock volute to prevent you know what happening .
Super simple but classy on the woods on this one. The body is a single piece of Honduran Mahogany and the neck is also Honduran (1/4 sawn). The fretboard is some jet black ebony along with the headstock facing which also features a hand cut Dragonfly inlay of Paua and Mother of Pearl. There are a couple of Instagram reels on this process if you’d like to check those out.
The pickups are made by Bareknuckle pickups; their Nantucket 90 at the bridge and interestingly at the neck there is a P90 with Strat magnets for a nice warm sound.
Bridge and tailpiece are by @faberguitargermany featuring their locking bits on both. Tuners are front locking Gotoh units and the guitar was specified with an extra Schaller strap lock so it stands easily.

While there are a lot of classic features here, there are a few differences which we feel make worthy additions to the guitar. These differences include a slightly revised headstock with a lower degree angle, a double action truss rod and a headstock volute which adds strength where it really needs it.
One of the guitars pictured in the gallery below has been personalised with an Ebony twelfth fret inlay of the new owners initials and his lucky number on the headstock inlaid with Maple. In fact there is a theme of black Maple and chrome which runs right through the guitar including Maple cavity lids and truss rod cover.
The second guitar pictured (above) is similarly speced, except with a British Racing Green high gloss finish and colour matched control knobs.

We have mostly stuck with classic woods for these two, both having a Mahogany body with a beautiful AAA grade flamed Maple top and set Mahogany neck. The black guitar features a high grade Birdseye Maple fingerboard, whereas the Green guitar features a AAA grade jet black Ebony fingerboard
The build process of the black guitar can be viewed on our Facebook page.
